How quickly will my order ship?
Most Fusion Express orders ship from our factory within 24 hours because we understand your time is valuable. You will receive a shipping notification containing tracking numbers once your order ships so you’ll know when to expect it. Some options (i.e. sanitary finishes, XP motors, etc.) may add a couple of days to your order. What shipping carrier do you use?
When you order from Fusion Express, your product(s) will ship via FedEx. You may select the shipping method that’s best for you, whether it be Ground or an Expedited service during the checkout process. Prices, title, and risk of loss are F.O.B our factory in Whitehall, MI, USA.

Where are Fusion Express mixers manufactured?
When you order from Fusion Express, you are purchasing directly from our factory, located in West Michigan. Your order will contain quality-built, American-made products that consist of primarily domestically-supplied content. Most included components are machined and cast right here in the Midwest. Our in-house machinists, welders, and assembly technicians then skillfully build your product per your order specifications.
Can I get local service and support for my mixer?
Absolutely! Fusion Express is operated by Fusion Fluid Equipment, LLC and we are thankful for our network of local distributors in most areas throughout the United States. Please call or visit www.fusionfluid.com to find a local distributor in your area. After purchasing a product, it is likely that a local Fluid Fusion rep will contact you to ensure satisfaction of your purchase and to offer any additional support you may need.
What types of payment are accepted?
What do I do if my mixer is damaged during shipment?
If your product appears damaged when you receive it, then let the FedEx driver know about the damage or contact FedEx to get a claim started. Next, please let us know of the shipping damage, and we will quickly begin working on the returns and replacement logistics with you.
Great care is used when packaging your order for shipment. Robust packaging and InstaPak foam is used, but unfortunately, shipping can sometimes be rough on products. If your product arrives damaged, we will work with you to get up and running as quickly as possible.
What should I do if my mixer breaks or stops working?
If your mixer becomes damaged from service, disconnect power immediately and safely according to your facility’s safety procedure. Do not continue use of your product. Call us right away so we can work with you to determine the cause of failure, and get you back in service as quickly as possible.
Please see our Warranty Policy for coverage of items. If applicable, we will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) so you can return your product for our review. Based on our Warranty Policy coverage and the severity and/or cause of damage, Fusion will offer a quotation for parts or send you replacement parts at no charge. We understand that downtime is costly, so our goal is to offer reasonable solutions to minimize your downtime and get you back in service.
How do I return a product?
Locate your order number on the order acknowledgement email then call to notify us of the return before returning any product. We will offer you a full refund of the published purchase price (less shipping charges) if the item is unused, a standard stock item that does not contain customized options, and is received back to our factory within 60 days of the original shipping date. If the item is customized (i.e. has a sanitary finish, special impeller, etc.), then we will charge a restock fee based on the purchase price and complexity of the part.
